At hb technologies, inc., we simply do one thing; we design and build churches. We provide conceptual planning, project design, and project construction for churches across the Southeastern United States. We complete our church construction projects working either as Construction Managers, Design/Build Contractors, or General Contractors. 

Construction Managers    
Using our seasoned project management staff of project managers, engineers, accountants, and superintendents, we can manage your church construction project as Construction Managers. When using this approach, we manage every aspect of the construction process. We typically work under a Fixed Fee agreement, Cost-Plus agreement, or Cost-Plus agreement with a Guaranteed Maximum Price.

Design/Build Contractors   
We complete most church construction projects as Design/Build Contractors. Using our staff of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, accountants, superintendents, and construction craft personnel, we complete your construction project as a turn-key project. Under this method, we provide every aspect of the construction process, with our complete services including conceptual planning, project design, and project construction. Using the Design/Build method, we complete your project Cost-Plus, Cost-Plus with a Guaranteed Maximum Price, or Lump Sum

General Contractors   
We also complete church construction projects as General Contractors. Using this method of construction, the planning and design phases of the project are completed by other firms while we complete the construction phase of the project. In so doing, we use our same staff of project managers, engineers, accountants, superintendents, and construction craft personnel to complete the construction of your project.  We complete projects as a General Contractor Cost-Plus, Cost-Plus with a Guaranteed Maximum Price, or Lump Sum.
